Week #25 – Accountability

The week was a success. My intention was to complete a specific, moderate-sized work project. I managed to do that a day in advance which made me feel great. What really worked was narrowing my focus to one thing. I’d like to keep building my accountability muscle week after week over Q3 so that this value becomes a part of my identity. I’d like to get to a point where I have absolute certainty that any goals I set are guaranteed to be achieved. This means getting good at setting good goals and building strong internal accountability.

Week #26 – Clarity

Clarity is the most important thing. I can compare clarity to pruning in gardening. You know, you need to be clear. If you are not clear, nothing is going to happen. You have to be clear. Then you have to be confident about your vision. And after that, you just have to put a lot of work in.

It’s the last week of Q2 and I want to get clear about how I want Q3 to unfold. I’m going to spend the next few days journaling and planning the next quarter with the intention to have clarity about what exactly I want to create for myself over the next three months.
