Week #20: Satisfaction

I enjoyed focusing on satisfaction this week. It was as if I was giving myself the permission to be satisfied. I naturally did more of the things that gave me satisfaction such as reading, going on long walks, exercising, and connecting with my favourite people. I especially enjoyed reading fiction at the end of the day. On a couple of days, I spent the last few hours connecting with loved ones and that was wonderful.

This week, I’d like to keep the commitments I make to myself. Specifically, I’ve created a list of tasks I’d like to complete over the next seven days. I’m committing to completing them.
