I had a fun week. Curiosity, I found, is almost always a great lens to go with. Replace any negative emotion with curiosity and it leads you to a better place. For instance, on a couple of occasions, I found myself becoming anxious and stressed. When I asked myself how I could look at the situation with curiosity, I found the anxiety and stress shifting into excitement and eagerness.
Curiosity also helped me step outside the box and come up with some interesting solutions which I otherwise might not have. I also found that ideas flowed more easily. Interestingly enough, I found the vibe of curiosity easier to tap into compared to vibes such as satisfaction or excitement.
Objectively speaking, this week was a great success, and wearing the lens of curiosity definitely helped with that. I thoroughly enjoyed doing Amplify lessons, had fun learning Affinity Publisher, came up with some great ideas for making my birthday memorable, had a transformative therapy session, and had some really fun conversations.
I want my brain to lock into curiosity as its default lens!
Value for week #11
Never, ever underestimate the importance of having fun.

My birthday is this weekend (March 14th). So I want to make the next seven days all about having fun! I always feel like birthdays last too short a time. So I love the thought of making it a birthday week rather than just a birth day. 😀 I’ve come up with a plan that I’m excited about. Every day for the seven days, I’ve planned something super fun! It’s guaranteed to be an amazing week. 😀
