Ranjana’s Bookshelf

I’ve always been a huge fan of books. As a young girl, I spent many an hour listening with rapt attention to the stories my creative mother enchanted me with. Soon, she introduced me to books and we (meaning the books and I) became fast friends. Authors were nothing short of heroes. To me, there’s no greater gift than the gift of imagination and reading provided me the vast field upon which my imagination ran wild, untethered.

I like to read. I like to read a lot. This is where I’m going to post my notes on the books I’ve finished reading. I’m following the structure that Derek Sivers follows because I find that format useful. Enjoy!

And slinks away to a corner and buries her nose in a book…

  1. Your Music and People by Derek Sivers
  2. Becoming a Writer by Dorothea Blande
  3. Make Time by Jack Knapp and John Zeratsky
  4. Your Best Year Ever by Michael Hyatt
